Renting

    1. Call us to reserve your dates. We reserve your rental by placing a deposit on a Credit card, so please have it ready when calling.
    1. Provide us with the delivery address to where we will drop the trailer off. Delivery costs are calculated by mileage, so be accurate when providing us and address.
  1. We will call to verify about 48 hours before delivery.

Delivery

Your trailer will be delivered by our staff on the scheduled delivery date and time. If you need to change your delivery time please call us as soon as you know of any changes. You may be responsible for additional fees if your delivery address or time changes last minute.

Please have a space ready for the trailer to be placed into. Keep in mind that we will need to pull the delivery vehicle into the area where the trailer will be sitting. If we are required to have special access or a permit please arrange that ahead of time so the delivery is not delayed.

You will need a single, dedicated 15A 120V circuit for the cooling system. For distances up to 100′ you will need a 10 gauge extension cord which we will provide. If you are unsure what you have, please let us know and we will be happy to help you figure out what you will need. We have also have generators available for rent that are configured to work with our system.

Pick-Up

Your trailer will be picked up by our staff on the scheduled pick-up date and time. If you need to change your pick-up time please call us as soon as you know of any changes. You may be responsible for additional fees if your pick-up time changes last minute.

Keep in mind that we will need to pull the pick-up vehicle into the area where the trailer will be sitting. Have the space in front of the trailer clear and the trailer empty prior to us arriving. If we are required to have special access or a permit please arrange that ahead of time so the pick-up is not delayed.

We will inspect the trailer and accessories with you and make note of any damage. If no issues are found we will connect the trailer and be on our way. If damage is found we will fill out a damage report paper making notes of the damage found. You will be given a copy for you records. We will then contact an appropriate repair shop and provide you with an estimate of repairs. You will need to either pay for repairs out of pocket or contact your insurance company.
